I have 10 concepts listed in Explorer but only two of them are in use.
All the others have become greyed out and so cannot be used, edited or deleted.
When I try to edit or delete them an 'exceeds customer concepts' message appears, even though only two are active.
I have been trying for 12 days to get a fix from tech support but most emails, phone calls to voice mail and the Help chat box have gone unanswered for days. In the past tech support was excellent but it seems to have got much worse recently.
Would tech support please reactivate my greyed-out concepts. Thank you.
